About Me...

My story began in Baidyanath Dham - Deoghar, Jharkhand, where I was raised in a supportive joint family with deep community ties. My upbringing instilled in me a profound appreciation for my heritage and the valuable life lessons shared by those around me.

Now settled in Gurgaon, Haryana, I share my life with my wife, a Financial Analyst and Content Writer, and our son. With over two decades in the corporate world, primarily in Financial Services, I've honed my skills at HSBC. I lead a team within the Global Service Center's Finance function, responsible for crucial "run-the-bank" operational support that underpins financial insights and reporting. A natural collaborator, I've been fortunate to take on people leadership roles early in my career, fostering success within group settings. Most recently, my profile has focused on change and transformation initiatives.
